Using an inovative dual gas filter correlation infrared for accuracy without cross interference, paramagnetic for O2, individual gas inputs, displays, outputs and ranges, the MGA9000 offers cost-effectiveness and performance.

The gas analyzer has a totally automatic microprocessor-based operation including auto-startup, auto-calibration, auto-range, internal parameter monitoring and alarms. This makes the instrument ideal as a "smart" stand-alone unit or as a "building block" for systems integration via a RS-232 communications port or remote contact closures. Automatic diagnostics and fully-configurable concentration alarms are also integral to the series MGA9000 gas analyzers.

A large multifunction, backlit LCD provides a clear display of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide or sulfur dioxide gas concentration measurement, range, sample flowrate and the status of critical operating parameters including sample flow, pressure, temperature, DC and bias power supplies. The intuitive, menu-driven interface and soft key buttons enable the operator to quickly configure and control the gas analyzer function. The unit features 19" rack mounting at 3 RU height and a weight of 50 Lb. It has a dual voltage capability of 115 Vac and 230 Vac which is switchable from the rear panel.

Analyzer is used to measure the concentration of HC,
CO, CO2, NO and O2 contained in exhaust gases from gasoline vehicle engine. It is equipped with Chinese or English menu, LCD screen, automatic zeroing, automatic calculation and display of air fuel ratio . It can also make a comprehensive test for combustion and exhaust pollution. The instrument is assembled with imported key components and sensors by adopting advanced overseas technology. With the function of time and date display, 800 groups of data storage and review, RS-232C serial digital communication interface, it can be connected with external printer. The revolving speed can be tested under idling / dual idling speed with the supply of standard part inductive speed measuring pliers and optional part oil temperature probe accessories.

Portable MARPOL emissions analyzer - Model 350 Maritime

The 350-Maritime is a portable emissions analyser fitted with: O2, CO, CO2-(IR), NO and NO2, gas preparation, integrated rechargeable battery pack and measuring data memory.


The flue gas sampling is operated via a specially designed gas sampling probe, which can easily be mounted with the help of a flange. The type approved and hard-wearing electro-chemical gas sensors (ECS) record the concentrations of the flue gas components O2, CO and NOx (NO + NO2 separately) highly accurate and longterm stable. CO2 is recorded via a type approved IR-measuring principle. To cope with the rough requirements at sea the entire emission analyzer including accessories is stored in a robust protection case
