Gas Analyzer
All Picarro analyzers are based on Picarro's unique Wavelength-Scanned Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy (WS-CRDS), a time-based measurement utilizing a near-infrared laser to measure a spectral signature of the molecule. Gas is circulated in an optical measurement cavity with an effective path length of up to 20 kilometers. A patented, high-precision wavelength monitor makes certain that only the spectral absorption feature of interest is being monitored, greatly reducing the analyzer's sensitivity to interfering gas species, and enabling ultra-trace gas concentration and isotope measurements even if there are other gases present. As a result, the analyzer maintains high linearity, precision, and accuracy over changing environmental conditions with minimal calibration required. Precise temperature and pressure control systems designed into the Picarro analyzers ensure accurate measurements over long periods of time with minimal use of calibration gases. The analyzers are exceptionally rugged, essentially drift and maintenance free, and require no consumables, thereby offering significant ease of use and cost of ownership benefits.
Easily transportable from site to site, Picarro's analyzers can be set up and running within minutes, and require no absolutely sample preparation or drying. The gas concentration is displayed in real-time with no post-processing required. Designed to operate both in laboratories and in harsh environments, the analyzers can operate for many months without user interaction. The analyzers can be configured to automatically send out measurement data at regular intervals via the Ethernet or optional modem and can output real-time data in digital (via RS-232 interface) and optional analog data formats as well. It is possible to remotely connect with the analyzer's internal Windows-based PC and control it through a standard Remote Desktop connection or with similar remote login software. The analyzer can also use its modem or Ethernet connection to automatically synchronize with an atomic clock time service.
Qualities common to all Picarro analyzers:
* Superb sensitivity, precision & accuracy with virtually no drift
* Fast, continuous, real time measurements without interference
* Large dynamic range with high linearity
* Field and laboratory deployable with no consumables
* Installed and operational in minutes
* Rugged and insensitive to changes in ambient temperature
Hydrogen Fluoride Analyzer
Sniffer Portable Analyzer
* Rapid identification of application and network performance issues over wired and wireless networks
* Analysis of wired and wireless network links and wireless control infrastructure
* Analysis of applications and services – in production and prior to roll-out
* Location of mobile wireless devices on physical map, using integrated Cisco Mobility Services Engine data
* Second-level security risk assessment
Unlike every other portable protocol analyzer in the industry, which gives users full, uncontrolled access to network traffic traversing the wire – a potentially huge security problem – Sniffer Global Analyzer contains a unique, centralized, policy-based access that governs how and what a user can manage on the network using the software-based client application. An administrative server controls user access to network data and analyzer functions, monitors activity within the tool, and provides traffic specific charts and views -- eliminating a common and dangerous gap in security at many organizations.
Sniffer Global Analyzer is the only network analyzer to integrate with Cisco® 3000 Series Mobility Services Engine (MSE). This addresses the daunting challenge of effectively troubleshooting performance issues in a wireless network in which components and problems are constantly in motion and difficult to pinpoint quickly without multiple tools and multiple teams involved. With Sniffer Global Analyzer, users have the ability to connect into the network quickly identify wireless devices and correlate contextual location-based information from Cisco MSE to place these wireless devices on a physical map. Then, Sniffer Global Analyzer users can use the tool to access best-in-class network analysis capabilities to isolate the problem. Faster time-to-knowledge yields optimized performance of the environment and improved user quality of experience.
Built on the industry’s most advanced and widely deployed Sniffer Portable network analyzer software, Sniffer Global Analyzer contains best-in-class network and application performance troubleshooting functionality. Rich expert modes assist users in quickly identifying errors during packet-level analysis for a wide range of protocol decodes covering all of the most common applications and protocols, including protocols used by VoIP and mobility applications. Sniffer Global Analyzer delivers intuitive, easy-to-use dashboards and network views that include deep packet drill-down capabilities and support for wired 10/100/1000 Ethernet and wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n networks all in one tool -- yielding consistent operation and functionality, reducing desktop tool clutter and greatly accelerating problem resolution.
Key Benefits
* Faster time-to-knowledge for network and application problems
* Centralized control of tool usage to prevent uncontrolled access to network traffic
* Enterprise-scale for deployment flexibility
* Integration with Cisco MSE for location-based troubleshooting in wireless networks
* Wired and wireless support in a single, scalable tool
* Best-in-class network and application analysis functionality
Pole-zero analyzer
RAH-210 Residual Chlorine Monitor & Analyzer
Note: Food-grade vinegar can be used as the pH buffer reagent if the water pH varies. If pH is relatively constant and you are measuring free chlorine, no buffer solution is required.
Main Features:
• Measures free, or total chlorine
• Detects Chlorine Dioxide levels
• Monitors Bromine and Iodine
• pH and Temperature Compensation
• Uses food grade vinegar for buffer solution
• Optional PH probe compensation available
• Continuous measurement meter
• Standard PID controller set point residual
• Continuous sensor cleaning mechanism
• Adjustable measurement range
• Alarm contact relay for signal loss
• Two loop powered 4-20 mA inputs and one
4-20 mA output
Maintenance:
A continuously driven cleaning system is employed to prevent a concentration of impurities on the surface of the electrodes which reduces the need for maintenance.

NOx analyzer
NOx and O2 on the inlet to an SCR.
The gas stream contains ammonia, nitrogen oxides and in some cases sulfur dioxide . The NOx analyzer is a UV diode array process analyzer. Measuring the complete spectrum of the stream continuously and instantaneously.
The full spectrum advantage
The figures below show the absorbance spectra of the DeNOx process stream components,. The absorbance features overlap, therefore, a full high resolution spectral analysis is essential. High accuracies at a relatively wide dynamic range can be achieved due to the sharp absorbance features of the DeNOx stream component
The system uses an aspirator driven extractive sampling system with a heated umbilical sample line. The sample flows through the absorption cell and the oxygen sensor in series. Long sample lines are avoided, minimizing the normal sample losses associated with sample adhesion to interior tubing walls.
